1. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of each Session OR the last day of a multiple session Auction.
2. Payment is due once invoices have been sent out.
3. If you wish to pick up your items and pay with either Debit or Cash, this must be approved/arranged by Scribner Auction Ltd.
4. If you wish to pay & pick up in person, please make an appointment to do so by calling : 780-842-5666 (No Drop Ins Please!)
5. 15% Buyers Premium per item will be applied to all online purchases. See BP, Taxes & Fees
6. An additional 3% convenience fee is applicable for any and all MasterCard/Visa transactions.
7. GST of 5% will be charged to all applicable items
8. Scribner Auction Ltd. will automatically charge your credit card by Noon on the Tuesday following any weekend Auction(s) if you have not already paid alternately or have made arrangements that are satisfactory to Scribner Auction Ltd.
9. All “ETransfers” MUST be sent to: admin@scribnernet.com
10. EFT's "Electronic Funds Transfer" is available upon request & Scribner Auction Management approval AND an additional minimum fee of $25 will be added to total Invoice to cover Bank Charges.
11. Shipping & Handling Charges will also be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping and a New & Revised Invoice showing the total including shipping/handling will be emailed.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Purchases will be packaged up after the auction and shipped via Canada Post or PUROLATOR (for dangerous goods) within 12-16 days of the auction sale. Shipping & Handling Charges will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping. Most packages shipped via Canada Post come with $100 insurance. Scribner Auction Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or breakage to any item for any reason (shipping, handling or otherwise). Online bidders’ registration must be accurate.
